 1. BOKNINGSKONTRAKTET

Din bokning bekräftas och ett avtal finns när True Nature Sweden eller din kontaktperson utfärdar en skriftlig bekräftelse efter mottagandet av det tillämpliga totala beloppet. Kontrollera din bekräftelse noggrant och rapportera eventuell felaktig eller ofullständig information till True Nature Sweden eller en auktoriserad kontaktperson omedelbart. Se till att namnen är exakt som anges i det relevanta ID-dokumentet.

Du måste vara minst 18 år för att göra en bokning. Du samtycker till att tillhandahålla fullständig, fullständig och korrekt information till True Nature Sweden.

2. BOKNING FÖR ANDRAS RÄKNING

Genom att boka för andra deltagares räkning anses du vara den utsedda kontaktpersonen för varje deltagare som ingår i bokningen. Detta innebär att du är ansvarig för att göra alla betalningar som ska betalas i samband med din resebokning, meddela True Nature Sweden eller din kontaktperson om några ändringar eller avbokningar krävs och hålla din part informerad.

Genom att boka för en annan persons eller personers räkning representerar du dem och garanterar att du har fått allt nödvändigt samtycke. Du är ansvarig för att verifiera att all information du lämnar för en annan deltagares räkning är fullständig och korrekt och True Nature Sweden ansvarar under inga omständigheter för eventuella fel eller försummelser i den information som tillhandahålls för att slutföra en bokning.

3. NÖDVÄNDIG MEDICINSK INFORMATION

You must provide any medical information reasonably requested by True Nature Sweden. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, which may impact your ability to travel, participate in a tour, or may adversely affect the experience of others on your tour, you must inform True Nature Sweden prior to or at the time of final payment for the applicable booking.

True Nature Sweden reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined at its discretion, for your safety or the safe operation of a tour. True Nature Sweden reserves the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in any aspect of a tour at any time and at your own risk and expense where True Nature Sweden determines that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit to participate in the tour or you represent a danger to yourself or others.

Graviditet betraktas som ett medicinskt tillstånd och måste lämnas ut till True Nature Sweden vid bokningstillfället. True Nature Sweden vägra att bära gravida kvinnor under 24 veckor. True Nature Sweden kan vägra att medföra någon med vissa medicinska tillstånd om rimliga anpassningar eller alternativ inte kan ordnas.

Du ansvarar för att bedöma om turen du bokat är lämplig för dig. Du bör rådgöra med din läkare för att bekräfta din lämplighet för resor och deltagande i planerade aktiviteter. Du bör rådfråga din läkare om vaccinationer och medicinska försiktighetsåtgärder. True Nature Sweden ger inte medicinsk rådgivning. Det är ditt ansvar att bedöma riskerna och kraven för varje aspekt av turnén baserat på dina egna unika omständigheter, begränsningar, konditionsnivå och medicinska krav.

4. SÄRSKILDA KRAV

Any special requirements must be disclosed to True Nature Sweden at the time of booking. True Nature Sweden will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests but this is not always possible given the nature of the destinations visited and the availability of options outside a planned itinerary. Certain activities may be inaccessible to you if your mobility is limited in any way. All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to True Nature Sweden at the time of booking but True Nature Sweden cannot guarantee that dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these terms or the contract between you and True Nature Sweden and True Nature Sweden is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfil such requests.

5. ÅLDERSKRAV

Anyone under the age of 18 on the date of the first day of the tour is considered to be a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany up to two minors. Unless otherwise indicated in the tour description or by True Nature Sweden, the minimum age for minors travelling on any Tour is 10 years old.

All bookings with a minor are subject to review and approval by True Nature Sweden. If the consent of a parent, guardian, or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to participate in a tour, the accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents, and documentation and ensuring that they and the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from applicable countries and regions. True Nature Sweden will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.

Each adult on a booking with a minor or minor(s) is jointly and severally responsible for the behaviour, well-being, supervision, and monitoring of such minor(s), and jointly and severally accepts these Terms for and on behalf of any minor(s) on their booking, including all assumptions of risk and limitations of liability. True Nature Sweden does not provide care services for minors and expressly disclaims any responsibility for chaperoning or controlling any minor(s).

6. OBLIGATORISKA FÖRSÄKRINGSKRAV

7. PRISER, TILLÄGGSAVGIFTER OCH SKATTER

The published price of the tour and any products or services offered by True Nature Sweden are subject to change at any time, before or after booking confirmation, up to 30 days before departure. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. After a confirmation invoice has been issued by True Nature Sweden, True Nature Sweden reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes, or fees chargeable for services such as currency and exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable products or services; provided, however, True Nature Sweden will only do so where the increase in question is greater than 2% of the original price paid for the products or services (excluding add-ons, insurance, and taxes). Upon learning of the necessity to impose a surcharge in accordance with this section True Nature Sweden will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably possible.

Om prisökningen är större än 7 % av det ursprungliga priset på tillämpliga produkter eller tjänster (exklusive tillägg, försäkring och skatter) kan du välja att antingen

(a) avboka den tillämpliga bokningen utan att ådra sig någon straffavgift, eller (b) acceptera prisändringen.

Du måste meddela True Nature Sweden efter eget val inom 14 dagar efter mottagandet av uppsägningen eller du kommer att anses ha accepterat prisändringen och kommer att vara ansvarig för betalning av ökningen.

8. GILTIGHET

Alla datum, resvägar och priser för den bokade turnén kan ändras när som helst och det aktuella priset kommer att anges och bekräftas vid bokningstillfället, med förbehåll för eventuella tilläggsavgifter som kan tas ut i enlighet med dessa villkor.

Du bekräftar att du är ansvarig för att hålla dig uppdaterad om de specifika uppgifterna om din bokade turné och andra produkter eller tjänster, inklusive, men inte begränsat till att kontrollera True Nature Sweden's webbplats minst 72 timmar före avresa eftersom mindre ändringar kan ha gjorts efter bokningstillfället.

9. UPPGIFTER SOM KRÄVS FÖR BOKNING

As a condition of booking, you must provide the information requested by True Nature Sweden along with the final payment. The information required by True Nature Sweden will vary by tour and will be communicated to you or to True Nature Sweden’s authorized agent during the booking process.

10. AVAILABILITY, ERRORS, AND INACCURACIES
We are trying constantly to update Our offerings of Activities but sometimes it may happen that the Activities available on Our Platform may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information on the Platform.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and Activities, all the time.

We, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the service provided by Us via the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or be available at any particular time or location; any errors or defects will be corrected, or the results of using Our Platform and other services will meet your requirements, but We will try fulfilling your best expectations.

11. FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING

The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Your booking is completed when the total amount has been paid to True Nature Sweden’s bank account. However the full payment must be made to complete your booking, you dispose of up to 14 days before the beginning of the tour to pay the full amount to True Nature Sweden. After this time limit, your booking will be simply cancelled by us. True Nature Sweden is not responsible for any charges levied by third parties or financial institutions and payable by you as a result of credit card or other payment transactions and will not refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to True Nature Sweden.

12. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

Cancellation of a Booked Tour:

(a) Cancellation received 14 days or more before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: the payments made to True Nature Sweden in respect of the cancelled product will be refunded. The exceptions are the one-day tours which allow cancellation 2 days or more before departure.

(b) Cancellation less than 14 days before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Payment will be held by True Nature Sweden in accordance with these terms, and no further refund will be payable. The exceptions are the one-day tours which allow cancellation 2 days or more before departure.

Observera att grupper med 4 eller fler deltagare eller anpassade evenemang kräver 10 dagars förvarning för att ha rätt till full återbetalning.

COVID Cancellations:

We have implemented a special COVID cancellation policy for you to benefit if and only if you have officially tested positive for COVID and cannot join the tour for this very reason, or if you have been in contact with someone close to you/travelling with you that tested positive. You then benefit from a 24-hour cancellation prior to the tour. You then need to provide us with an official document stating that you are positive for COVID.

13. CANCELLATION BY TRUE NATURE NATURE

True Nature Sweden reserves the right to cancel a tour for any matters which could be a lack of participants booked in, guide availability, bad weather or ‘’force majeure’’ described below.

14. USE OF EQUIPMENT

I händelse av förstörelse eller försämring av utrustningen är kunden skyldig att informera en True Nature Sweden anställd. 15. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to Sweden or the region where the tour takes place. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits, and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel with True Nature Sweden as set out on your itinerary. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, and permits before the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by True Nature Sweden that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. True Nature Sweden does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on visas, vaccinations, or climate and you agree that True Nature Sweden is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.

16. FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES

You acknowledge that the nature of adventure travel requires flexibility and recognize that reasonable alterations to products, services, or itineraries by True Nature Sweden may be necessary. The route, schedules, accommodations, and activities are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of True Nature Sweden (including but not limited to illness, mechanical breakdown, strikes, and political events).

17. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

You acknowledge that adventure travel and the products and services offered by True Nature Sweden may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By travelling with True Nature Sweden you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risk and release True Nature Sweden from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages injuries, or death resulting from risks inherent in travel, including adventure travel specifically, visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in the tour itineraries or otherwise offered by True Nature Sweden.

You acknowledge that the degree and nature of personal risk involved depend on the products or services booked and the location(s) in which a product or service operates and that there may be a significant degree of personal risk involved in participating, particularly participating in physical activities, travel to remote locations, carriage by watercraft or other, participation in “extreme sports” or other high-risk activities. You acknowledge you have considered the potential risks, dangers, and challenges and your own personal capabilities and needs, and you expressly assume the risks associated with travel under such conditions.

You also acknowledge that the guide is there to provide you with information and service as described on the tour descriptions but they aren't responsible for your behaviors that may put you or others at risk. You release True Nature Sweden and its guides from any claim regarding your wrongdoings. You also acknowledge that the guide will inform you of as many potential dangers as possible but can’t warn you of everything either. You therefore must use your common sense. It happens sometimes, during some activities that you are alone e.g. Survival courses. You acknowledge that this is part of the program, that you are aware of this beforehand as you have read and understood the content of your tour, and that you can’t hold True Nature Sweden responsible for any injuries or damage done to yourself by yourself.

Du är ansvarig för eventuella kostnader (inklusive reparations-, utbytes- och städavgifter) som uppstår till följd av True Nature Sweden eller True Nature Swedenleverantörer för egendomsskada, förstörelse eller stöld som orsakats av dig under en turné. Du samtycker till att omedelbart rapportera eventuella befintliga skador till en representant för True Nature Sweden och personal på boendet, transporttjänsten, anläggningen eller tillhandahållen utrustning så snart som möjligt vid upptäckten. 

Du samtycker till att vidta alla försiktiga åtgärder i förhållande till din egen säkerhet när du är på turné, inklusive, men inte begränsat till, korrekt användning av säkerhetsanordningar och lydnad av alla uppsatta skyltar och muntliga eller skriftliga varningar om hälsa och säkerhet.

18. COMPLAINT

Du samtycker till att lämna in eventuella klagomål till True Nature Sweden så snart som möjligt för att tillhandahålla True Nature Sweden med möjlighet att på ett korrekt sätt ta itu med sådana klagomål. Du samtycker till att informera din reseledare, en annan representant för True Nature Swedeneller True Nature Swedenkundtjänst direkt. True Nature Sweden tar inget ansvar för klagomål som inte har uppmärksammats på ett korrekt sätt av True Nature Sweden och kan inte lösa eller försöka lösa klagomål förrän korrekt meddelande har lämnats.

19. CLIENT CONDUCT AND SAFETY

We prioritize safety and enjoyment for all. To ensure this, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer under the following conditions:

Safety Concerns: If we determine that a participant poses a potential risk to themself or others due to their behaviour, apparent health issue that wasn't communicated before the tour, or any other safety-related factors, we reserve the right to refuse service. This determination will be made at our sole discretion.

Inappropriate Conduct: Any client found engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous behaviour that jeopardizes the safety or experience of others may be denied participation in our tours or activities.

Non-Refundable: In cases where service is refused due to safety concerns or inappropriate conduct or any of the above factors, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of the stage at which the refusal occurs, including but not limited to pre-departure, during the activity, or at any other point during the service.

The guide on duty that day has the right to make such a decision, all our guides are trained to respond to such events.

When the decision has been made, the customer is under no circumstances under True Nature Sweden's responsibility and will therefore be asked to leave the premises immediately.

By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

20. PUNCTUALITY AND REFUNDS

To ensure the best experience for all participants, we kindly ask that all guests arrive on time for the tour's scheduled start.

Departure Time: Our tours will depart exactly at the scheduled meeting point time. Each guest is responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

Attempt to Contact: If a guest has not arrived by the scheduled start time, we will make an effort to contact them by phone. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reach all guests in time.

No Waiting: Out of respect for other guests who have arrived on time, we will not delay the departure of the tour but we will grand a 15-minute grace period if we can reach the guests and this one has specified that the arrival time will be within this 15 minutes grace period. If a guest is unable to arrive on time, the tour will proceed without them. If a wrong phone number has been provided or if we can not reach the customer for any reason, we will consider it as a no-show, and we will proceed with the tour.

Non-Refundable: In cases where a guest misses the tour due to late arrival, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the reason for tardiness.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

True Nature Sweden ansvarar inte på något sätt för dödsfall, kroppsskada, sjukdom, skada, försening eller annan förlust eller skada för person eller egendom, ekonomiska kostnader både direkta och indirekta uppkomna, eller för True Nature Sweden"underlåtenhet att påbörja, utföra eller fullgöra någon plikt som du är skyldig dig om sådan död, försening, kroppsskada (inklusive känslomässigt lidande eller skada), sjukdom, skada eller annan förlust eller skada för person eller egendom orsakas av Guds handling, krigs- eller krigsliknande operationer, mekaniska haverier, terroristaktiviteter eller hot om detta, civila oroligheter, arbetssvårigheter, inblandning av myndigheter, politiska störningar, hur som helst och var som helst av samma kan uppstå eller orsakas av upplopp, uppror och regeringsbegränsning, eld, extremväder eller någon annan orsak som ligger utanför rimlig kontroll av True Nature Sweden; eller en händelse som True Nature Sweden, inte ens med all vederbörlig omsorg, kunde förutse något och alla som, individuellt och kollektivt, utgör "Force Majeure".

COVID-19

True Nature Sweden follows the laws and regulations around COVID-19 as given by the Swedish government. You agree to, have knowledge of and are responsible for complying with Swedish laws and regulations when booking a tour at True Nature Sweden.

You also agree to provide a document stating that you have tested positive for COVID-19 to be able to claim a refund as we have a special cancellation policy of 24 hours before the tour for clear COVID reasons only.

22. IMAGES AND MARKETING

You agree that, while participating in any tour, images, photos, or videos may be taken by other participants, True Nature Sweden, or its representatives that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to True Nature Sweden, its contractors, subcontractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions, and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation whatsoever.

23. PRIVACY POLICY

Personuppgifter som du delar med True Nature Sweden behandlas i enlighet med privatlivets respekt och kommer att förbli konfidentiell inom företaget. Vi behandlar personuppgifter enligt adekvata svenska myndigheter (personuppgiftslagen SFS 1998:204) och den elektroniska kommunikationen (lagen om elektronisk kommunikation SFS 2003:389). Personuppgifter inkluderar namn, adresser, telefonnummer, e-postmeddelanden och hälsoinformation. Vi följer helt och hållet EU-direktivet om GDPR.

True Nature Sweden måste samla in dina personuppgifter för att leverera turnén och eventuella produkter eller tjänster som bokas. True Nature Sweden samlar in, använder och lämnar endast ut den information som rimligen krävs för att möjliggöra True Nature Sweden för att tillhandahålla den specifika turné du bokat för, produkter och / eller tjänster som du har begärt.
